Rushbury Bank

Rushbury Bank, Rushbury, built in 2011 as an ECO house uses Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPS) construction with highly insulated floors. The building is fully sealed with mechanical ventilation and heat recovery. There is high performance glazing and external doors. Underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs is via an air source heat pump (ASHP) and there is solar hot water. There is underground rainwater storage, solar PV, battery storage and LED lighting throughout.

This graciously spacious open plan property is a one off with an interesting ASHP system made by Dimplex and well worth a visit. The views from the terrace are to die for!
